The majority of these properties had previously been mismanaged or distressed. The experience and expertise he possesses are invaluable in identifying and negotiating for distressed properties.

The in-park home sales and leasing training and procedures program was used to fill over 200 homes in under 12 months in just one community alone. This same program was implemented in dozens of communities raising occupancy in an expiditious fashion.

He holds a Michigan Real Estate Salespersons License and is employed by Connexus Realty Inc. He is also the President and founder of CAPITAL SECURITY COMPANY, a Michigan based insurance agency established in the year 2000, The consulting services he offers range from asset accumulation and growth, asset protection, retirement planning, wealth creation, business development along with sales and operations management. He specializes in all aspects of mobile home community acquistion, disposition, refinance, commnunity development, and marketing.
