Discount Manufactured Homes is a Michigan Licensed Manufactured Home Retailer which is owned and operated by William (Billy) Czerkies,
not Connexus Realty Inc.
We specialize in procurring good quality used manufactured homes in Michigan which we typically
sell to manufactured community owners at wholesale prices.
William sold homes on retail lots in the mid to late 90's and has
been involved in multiple manufactured home communities and with much experience in park home sales and rehab programs.
It can be a real challenge for community owners to find enough good quality homes at the right price to fill communities today.
It
is our mission to offer good-great quality homes for the same or less cost than to buy repos and rehab them. Our inventory is
typically NOT repos.
Our homes are priced to sell and typically sell very quickly and will often be sold before we have time
to get them posted to a website. We will notify you as we acquire additional homes for sale. We are not afraid to leave money
on the table for a quick sale. Time is money.
