We are able to identify distressed and REO manufactured home communities before they are made available on the open market. Often times, we are able to work directly with receivers or troubled asset managers to liquidate properties at discounted prices.

 

Typically, we will not advertise such properties on any of our websites, rather, we work  with pre-qualified buyers that we have established relationships with.  To purchase a distressed community at deeply discounted prices, the buyer must either have all cash and be able to close quickly, or must have enough horsepower to get financing relatively quickly and easily with a sub-par occupancy community.  If that is you, we will consider you as a candidate for our distressed properties notification list after we get acquainted.
